Creative Sushi?

I seem to eat a lot of sushi the last few months. After recently looking for a new place to explore in Amsterdam, I was reminded by a friend of the beautiful sushi art of chef Ken Kawasumi. He transforms the simple sushi roll (maki-zushi) into an designed masterpiece. How cute are the Panda and the flower sushi's! I wil try to make this by myself sometimes to interest my little cousins into sushi! 

Antik Batik - Bohemian Chic!

Can't wait until the new 2012 Summer collection for Antik Batik. Last year Antik Batik (original from France) had colorful outfits that enhanced your wardrobe with cheerful grooves. I am a fan of the dresses and bags that you can mix/match with different fabrics and prints for the multicolored fashion trend. Take a sneek peek of the collection from last year. Hope the new 2012 collection has the same WOW-factor!

 

 

I love Diptyque...

 

Maybe its because of the very cold evenings ouside here in Amsterdam and that i wanted to stay in my house with a lot of candles burning. For the candles I prefer Diptyque. Diptyque is really one luxury that comes back to time and time again! Their products are the finest with great smell. My favourite scent is Baies. I love it. And when the candle is emtpy, i re-use it in the bathroom for my make-up brushes!

Prada, Prada & Prada!!!!

My motto is always: "The Devil Wears Prada!"

Just because i like the expression and i am a big fan of the beautiful Prada bags (and the movie ofcourse ;-).The new Prada SS 2012 collection is wonderful and all about the pastels, soft tones and nice coulorful bags. In the new collection Prada uses a lot of neutural colors and here and then a bright color to spice it up! I especially like the clutches sunglasses, accessoires and the bags.
