I seem to eat a lot of sushi the last few months. After recently
looking for a new place to explore in Amsterdam, I was reminded by a friend of the beautiful sushi art of
chef Ken Kawasumi. He transforms the simple sushi
roll (maki-zushi) into an designed masterpiece. How cute are the Panda and the flower sushi's! I wil try to make this by myself sometimes to interest my little cousins into sushi!
